Happy Valentine's Day 2012

 I credit Pinterest for the idea!  Mine are definitely not as cute as the pictures online, but pretty good for me.  Note to self:  collect shovels in Spring and do not wait till February to find them.  One word: Impossible.  After several trips to various stores, Walmart came through for me.

 Avery struggled giving them out.  She thought they were for her and when she realized they were not she had a major meltdown.  I had to be at work super early Tuesday and from what I hear Daddy had quite an eventful morning!  Thanks babe for being a trooper!

Pitter Patter

I love personalized things!  So of course I am a sucker for Pitter Patter pottery.  The inside of the heart is our sweet Avery's little hands.  "Our Little Wild One" is the title and it is more than appropriate.  I did a plate for Jason for Father's Day/Birthday and he loved it.  So I wanted something I could leave out all year long!

Happy 21 Month Birthday

Wow!  21 Months has gone by way to fast.  You are busier than ever and discovering new things everyday.  You are putting sentences together wonderfully and really talking up a storm.  We love to watch your expressions and see you get excited about new things.  We have spent time at the park and in the backyard with the beautiful days we have gotten here lately.  You love to be outside playing or finding mud puddles!  I have cleaned many shoes here lately!  You are independent and loving all at the same time.  Your favorite thing to do is read and look at books.  You battled a horrible rash due to an antibiotic that you took for a cold.  You were a trooper and we finally got it cleared up in early February.  We did not do much this month due to Daddy being gone three weeks.  We were so happy to see Daddy when he finally got home and that is why this post is sooooooooo late.  I cannot believe that in three months you will be 2.  We are getting ready to start potty training and we are already birthday planning like crazy!  I am so excited about your Minnie Mouse theme party!  Sweet Avery, every time I think about you I tear up.  We are proud to be your parents and you make us laugh daily.  I could do without the tantrums though!  You are the center of our world and you make everyday happy with your contagious personality.  We love you with all our hearts.
