Avery and Santa 2010
She did so good and was just mesmerized by everything around. Momma and Daddy were so proud of her. She looked precious and was so excited when Nana and Poppa got her a Build -A-Bear Frosty the Snowman! We are so blessed to have such a sweet natured baby who is happy and healthy. God bless!

Happy 7 Month Birthday

Happy 7 Month Birthday Sweet Girl
I cannot even tell you how happy you make your daddy and I. We have so much fun with you and we look forward to every waking day to see what you will do next. You have been a busy little girl this month!
This month you have:
  • Traveled to Houston to see friends
  • Your 1st Thanksgiving
  • Started teething
  • Weighted 16.5 pounds
  • Your wearing 6 months clothes, some are still too big but your getting there
  • Had your first ear infection (12-4-10)
  • I hate to even mention this, BUT crawled OUT of your bed into the floor (I cried so hard I can not even explain and you were ok)
  • Started making your "Gremlin" face
  • Wear size 3 diapers
  • Eat two stage 2 foods and have 5 to 6 bottles a day
  • Perfected your "army crawl"
  • You are starting to try to pull yourself up
  • Went to your first basketball game
  • Thus far you have attended five high school games, 1 college football game, and ten junior high school football games
  • You LOVE LOVE LOVE to be outside
  • You started reaching for familiar faces which momma and daddy LOVE
  • You started saying "Dada" (Your not sure what it means or who to say it too)
  • Started sitting in your high chair to eat

You are such a sweet natured baby. You get pretty upset when you are hungry or tired. You love to play in the floor, mess with the Christmas tree, and walk around in your walker. You love to watch Maddie moving and playing and it cracks you up to hear her bark. You give the best sugars a momma could ask for and you make me want to be a better person. Your mommy and daddy will always provide for you and we will always make sure you know how loved you are. I feel so blessed that God chose me to be your momma and I pray everyday for your health and happiness. Thank you for being such an awesome baby! The last seven months have been a blast!

Happy Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving this year was at our house. It was so nice not to have to travel anywhere, wake up in your own home and get to watch the parade! We enjoyed everyone coming and are so thankful for our families. I greatly missed my dad not being there due to work, but I am sure he will be here for Christmas. Here are some pictures from the day. Unfortunately it never dawned on me to take pictures of the guys frying the turkey or watching the game. Sorry!

Showing momma what I want for Christmas! Mommy, Daddy and Nana were getting ready to hit the sales to do some shopping. I stayed with Aunt Lulu!

A Day at the Park

Loving the swingRiding the motorcycle

Daddy did not go down the slide with me, but mommy did and she said her hips were sore. The slides are not made for adults!
My favorite picture

I love this one too!
And this one......
Too cute!

Good Friends and Good Shopping

The weekend before Thanksgiving Jason, my mom, me and Avery loaded up and headed down I-45 to The Woodlands. Our dear friend got us great reservations at the Woodlands Waterway Marriott close to everything. We went for many reasons; to see good friends and do some shopping at The Junior League of The Woodlands "Holiday Market". We went and visited with our old neighbors, The Collins, and the Young's who we miss dearly. It was so good to see everyone and I wanted to share some great pictures from our trip. We hope to see everyone again real soon and had a wonderful time! At the ice skating rink! Obviously not going skating......
Nana and Avery
Shayla and Avery! Our sweet little neighbor who played with Maddie and helped us brake into our own home when we locked ourselves out. Don't ask!
All the kiddos minus Andrew, Caitlyn, Caleb, and Tyler. We enjoyed all the fun!

Loving on Daddy!
Carris is the most precious little girl. She was giving Avery some sugars!
Don't worry, we stopped her! Carris was just getting ready to practice her tee ball and was letting Avery help her out! :)
Already on the phone while driving! She loved this thing.
With "Nonna" and Stance! We miss them so very much. We can't wait till they come see us.
With my girls; Jessica and Brit! Love you girls.
With Miss Carol. We missed seeing Ashley but will see you both during competition season!
