Sunday Funday

Today after church Daddy wanted to take Aves to Chucke Cheeses!  She had a ball; although there was not a lot there age appropriate for her.  She enjoyed running around looking at the games, driving the cars, and being terrified of Barney!  Daddy has been gone quite a bit here lately so it was nice just having a little outing with the three of us!
Ready to eat!
Realizing she did not like Barney.
Mommy and Aves riding in the whatever it was.  I was afraid there was a weight limit because it so did not shake like the description said it would.
 Feeding the hippos!
Danger, the roads are no longer safe!
Again, loved this game.  Not sure what it is called.

Frisco Safety Town

Friday, October 28th my mom and I took Avery to Frisco's Safety Town to Trick or Treat.  We meet my two friends from work, Kristina and Jill, their husbands and their kids; Karly and MJ there!  We had a great time!  The line was insane to get in but the kids did great!  Hot dogs, rolling in the grass, and continuously telling them that we were almost to all the "yummies" got us through.
Telling each other how much they have missed one another!  They are too cute together!
 Cutest little witch around!
 Two peas in a pod!
Best photo of all three somewhat looking at the camera
 Nana and Avery

Spinning with MJ's bucket and hers!  She was having a ball!
Ringing the bell on the truck!
 And we are in!
 More candy!
 Love them!
 Love my little baby!
She was either starring at her reflection or truly interested in what the kids inside where doing!

Sweet Husband

So I have been blogging like a mad woman this evening and wanted to recognize my sweet husband.  Even though we took in the Centennial game against Frisco Thursday night, the Bearcat game Friday night, the Pumpkin Patch, the Dallas Arboretum, and Trick or Treating at Ghouls on the Lawn, my husband still made time and scheduled us a couples massage Friday evening before the Bearcat game.  It was the only hour the entire weekend that we stopped and took time to relax.  It was a great weekend with our families and with just us three and we enjoyed every minute of it!

By the way, The Centennial Titans won, The Bearcats won and kept the Axe in Sherman, The Red Raiders won, The Cowboys won, and the Rangers won on Sunday!  What a great weekend for all of our sports teams!

Ghouls on the Lawn

We took Avery Trick or Treating last night at Ghouls on the Lawn in the Tucker Hill housing addition because Jason may not be home for Halloween.  This neighborhood has the most awesomely decorated houses and they go all out with a DJ, petting zoo, movie on the lawn, band, pumpkin patch, and all the houses passing out candy!  This year will be the first time, obviously, that she will be able to go trick or treating.  Not only was she the cutest little duck on the block, but she was a pro at the whole trick or treating thing.  Thank you Miss Holley for teaching her how to say it!  She did great.  No fear, just fun!  I cannot express to you how fun it was watching her!  She is the coolest thing that has every happened to Jason and I and we are so loving this age!  We are having a ball!
Waiting in the Wal-Mart parking lot on 380 for the shuttle.  The traffic was insane!  Last year they said that over 4,000 people came to this event.  After seeing the traffic and the lines to get in, I believe them.
Hitting the first house!
Even decorated a sad looking Cardinal fan!  Go Rangers!
 With daddy!
 Taking in all the sites!
 One of the homes

 Precious
 Wanting to eat her "yummies"!
Making sure she gets it in there!
 The Boo-tanical Gardens!
 Even the residents dress up!
 My favorite decorations
We had some much fun as a family!  It was a busy weekend, but worth it!!!!!

Texas Pride

All I can say is that it was a good day in Texas on Saturday when the Raiders BEAT OU and on Sunday when the Rangers won their second game.  Now we are 3 games up and one more to go to be World Series Champs!  Go Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and Red Raiders!  We sported our Raiders and Rangers on Sunday!

Happy Birthday Nana

Saturday, October 22nd was Nana's birthday!  We all where together this year which has not happened in a long time so we wanted to make it special for her.  We all surprised her at Maggiano's in Plano and celebrated into the evening.  It was very enjoyable and I am glad she had a great time!
 Getting ready to eat cake!
 Her favorite present!
