Christmas with Gigi and Pawpaw

We did not take too many pictures Christmas Eve because most of them were taken with all the cousins.  We had to split our time because The Williams went to their other side of the family so we had to celebrate with them early and then Gigi and Pawpaw on Christmas Eve!  Jason worked late so things did not go as planned.  Oh well, we still got to spend time with them!
Pawpaw and Ansley!  Gigi and Pawpaw kept Ans while Jas and I took Avery to Christmas Eve service at church.

Avery and presents as tall as she is!  She thought this was super cool!

Avery loves her "piano".  Santa brought her a guitar and she walks around playing both at the same time!  Now she is asking for a trumpet.  We have our limits.....

Ice Twice

The first week Ice was open we went with Papaw and Gigi, because they had never been.  Avery cried at first because of the parka she had to wear, but then warmed up to the idea after her hands were freezing.  Then the weekend after Thanksgiving my parents always take us to stay at the Gaylord and go to Ice.  We love seeing it and it was great because the first time we went this year, I took all my pictures and there was not a soul around.  The second time I got to enjoy it and really look at all the displays without worrying if people were going to be in the pictures.  Unfortunately this year my dad and Jason had to work and missed the whole weekend.  Repeat of last year.  So a girls weekend it was!  Avery loved all the ballerinas and colors!

 Dangerous face!
Love this tree in one of the restuarants.
 Clearly unhappy about the parka.

Not sure what face Avery is making but Ansley stayed pretty warm!

 Still cold!

 With Gigi and Papaw
Family pic on the freezing ice.
 With Nana and Wuwu
 Sliding down the ice!
 Acting goofy on camera!
Love this picture of Nana and Ave!  Me, Nana, and Avery tubed down the hill ten times each!  It was really fun!
 Character breakfast the last morning!

 No fear!

Christmas with Nana and Papa

We celebrated Christmas with my family on the 22nd because my Dad would be gone on Christmas Day to work.  Our family has learned that it is not neccessarlity the date in which you celebrate, it is the day that everyone can be together and that is when we celebrate.  I could not imagine having a holiday without my Dad being there.  So we rearrange when we have too!  It was a great night.  We, I mean Avery, really liked playing with her Flutterby Fairy that flies.  I love being together!
Family picture!

The girls with their Santa bags from Nana and Papa!

Papa showing her how the drawer opens!

Nail polish!

Candy canes!

And slobber too!

Zach, Lindsey, and Finn

Daddy got two new pair of shoes!
Ansley checking everything out!

She loves her vanity!  And the Tangled poster signed by both the actors!!!!

Dazed and confused.  Too much to look at!

I was either keeping her from climbing on things or preventing her from eating paper.  Common trend!

Caught me again!
And the gift that will keep on giving......my parents upgraded my camera!  60D and I am so happy!  I was in shock!

Breakfast with Santa - Cabela Style

We took the girls, missing McKinley, to breakfast with Santa at Cabela's the first morning they were in!  Good breakfast and the girls loved it!
Ansley did awesome this year!  Hope next year goes this well!

Cousins, five months apart!  Emma did great!

Pajama Day at School

She loved wearing her jammies to school and watching a movie!  Such fun memories!  And Mommy was excited too because I knew when I picked her up I had her for a straight two weeks!  Love Christmas Break!

Christmas with the Williams

We had family come in from South Carolina and we had a great visit.  The kids played hard and enjoyed each other's company.  It was great seeing everyone and celebrating such a blessed season!  Sad to see them go.
All the cousins, but Ansley.  She was napping!

Bubba had to throw them all up in the air!  First Emma!

Then McKinley!

Of course Ave!

And the most priceless face of all, Brennan!

Two peas in a pod!

In the back of Pawpaw's truck!  It was parked.

Getting ready to open gifts from one another.

And yes, this girl may only be six months, but she gets it!  And likes to eat paper!

Duck tape bracelets and purse!  She loved it!

Iron Man mask!

And if we would have known, we would have gotten them all Barbie pools like Avery's!  She loved it!

Gigi and all her grand kids!
McKinley will be a great babysitter one day.  She loved Ansley attacking her face!
