Yes there are a lot of pictures, yes we had a great time, and I am so glad I got to see so many things I have been wanting to see. Out of the entire trip, not only did I love spending time with my family, but I also loved seeing so much history and really taking in the stories of the places we visited. We went to West Monroe on our way up and then stayed in Atlanta for the night. We took the kids to the aquarium the next day and then finished our drive into Summerville, South Carolina where Jason's sister and her family live. We went all through Charleston our first day and then celebrated Jason's birthday!!!!!! The next day we went to Myrtle Beach and visited Ripley's Believe It or Not. That took all day and we headed back really late. I expected something different because it looked liked every other high traffic commercial area.......Hard Rock Café, JB Margaritaville, and every other name brand place. The kids had fun and that is all that matters. The next day Jason and I took the girls for a day of just family stuff. We visited Boone Hall, The Angel Tree, and headed back to Charleston to see a few other things. It was so nice....we had dinner at a local restaurant on the water......just a day with our girls! The next day we headed to the beach, Isle of Palms, and this made Avery's trip. Playing in the sand. Daddy buried her, she built a sand castle, and Ansley loved the sand and water. That night I did a shoot for some of my sister-in-law's friends and we headed out the next day. In between all the sight seeing there was a lot of cousin time playing, occasional disagreements, and more playing. Good times! This is the trip in a nut shell because of how behind I am!
